If you want to obtain your username and password, simply enter the email used for ticket purchase. Your credentials will be sent to this email. After logging in, navigate to ‘My Account’ in the top navigation, and click on ‘Orders.’ Here, you can view your orders. To see your tickets, click on the specific order and find the option to download the ticket.
